OUR STORY
.Greka is the brand name of the company Achilleas – Socrates PC, located in Amyntaio, a small town in the Florina region, surrounded by the lakes Vegoritida, Petres, Cheimaditida, and Zazari.
The company was founded in 2017 following the union of two families with a long-standing tradition in cheese production and livestock farming, as well as extensive experience in the primary agricultural sector.
Their shared mission is to promote the exceptional quality of Greek dairy products through traditional production methods, while also embracing modern technologies to develop innovative products and continuously evolve their inherited expertise.

LOCATION
The exceptional location of our facilities in Amyntaio was an easy choice. It’s the place where we grew up, learned to love nature, and came to appreciate its richness.
The nearby lakes of Petres and Vegoritida, together with the area’s diverse wild flora, create an environment of remarkable biodiversity, offering shelter to countless species of birds and animals around the wetlands.
This privileged setting allows us every day to source milk from local farms, where the mountainous land is filled with herbs and wild aromatics that contribute to the animals’ natural nourishment.
FACILITIES
The factory of Achilleas – Socrates PC in Amyndeon, Florina, extends to 3.500 sqm and houses the production and packaging units for our products. The facilities are equipped with the most modern pasteurization, standardization, and storage systems, ensuring optimal conditions at every stage of production.
Quality control is conducted in a specially designed laboratory within the factory, where our dedicated staff and scientists carry out daily checks, ensuring the quality, safety, and purity that characterize our dairy products.
